如何訂購？ How to order? 

於老太婆網站揀選了喜歡的蛋糕款式後， 選擇所需的尿片品牌、尿片尺碼，如款式有名牌裝飾的話，請提供BB名字，最重要的是填寫送貨日期和賀卡資料！完成後按「加入購物車」，再按我的購物車，並前往結帳。

After you've found your ideal cake, select the diaper brand and size. If your cake includes a personalized cake topper, please write down the baby's name. Remember to let us know your preferred delivery date and includes your message to the happy family! Then you can hit the add to cart button and prcoess to check-out.

如何付款？How to pay? 

老太婆接受信用卡、PayMe、銀行轉賬、轉數快及現金(只限到店自取)。

We accept Credit Card, PayMe, Bank Transfer, Faster Payment System and Cash(Store Pick-up only).

網站款式蛋糕上的產品可以更改嗎？Can I make any change(s) for the cake？

如有特別需要，可以致電老太婆！製作上許可的話，我們非常樂意配合作，並作有限度的更改。

*必需先與老太婆聯絡，老太婆保留最終決定權。

我可以提供公仔及其他嬰兒用品嗎？Can I provide my own stuffed plush or product for the baby？

可以呀！我們明白大家想搵最正最啱用的用品送給BB，所以如製作上許可，我們歡迎客人自備用品。不過用品一定要乾淨衛生，並需於出貨日期前2個工作天前寄到或交到老太婆工作室。

*需先與老太婆聯絡，老太婆保留最終決定權。

Yes! We understand that you may wanna add something special or personal for the baby. If there's enough room for the additional item(s), we would love to do it. Please make sure the item(s) is clean and shipped to our workshop 2 working days before the scheduled dispatch day.

可以定製我想要的主題蛋糕嗎？Can I custom order my own very diaper cake？

當然可以！老太婆提供定製蛋糕服務！主題、顏色、層數都可以選擇。我們會有專員與你聯絡，由設計到製作都全程跟進！

*定製蛋糕價錢由HK$1000起，需先付HK$500訂金再作設計。

Creating a customized cake is a fun and challenging task to us! You are free to choose your theme, color and tiers. From design to production. Give us a call and start the process with our specalist! 

*Custom order starts from HK$1000, HK$500 deposit is required before the start of creation.

我可以加埋心意卡嗎？Can I include a card with my order?

老太婆當然知道大家有好多祝福想同BB及爸爸媽媽講，所以隨每一個蛋糕都會附上一張心意卡，客人只需於下單時於備註填寫心意卡內容就可以。

Of course! We know you have some sweet and nice words to the happy family. Therefore, we have prepared one message card for each cake. Simply include the message before adding the cake to the shopping cart.

我可以選擇送貨日期嗎？Can I choose the delivery date?

當然可以！正常情況下，蛋糕需1-2個工作天製作，大型的則需要3-4工作天製作。只要預留足夠的時間，客人是可以自選送貨日期，我們收到訂單後會再向客人確定。*送貨日期以老太婆與客人核實後為準。

Sure! Our cakes are handmade to order, it normally takes 1-2 working days and the bigger ones require 3-4 days. As long as we enough time for production, you are free to choose your delivery date. Once you have placed your order, we will confirm the delivery date with you.

你們是如何運送蛋糕？How do you delivery the cake?

所有香港訂單均由我們自己的送貨團隊送貨。 每個蛋糕都係小心處理，溫柔輕放。每個蛋糕都係我哋用心製作，所以我們絕對不會冒險讓它經歷顛簸的運送過程！至於海外訂單，我們會蛋糕入紙箱並以保護紙團、泡泡紙固定才寄出。

All Hong Kong orders are delivered by our very own delivery team. Each cake is handled with extra care. We've put a lot of time and effort into our cakes so we won't take the risk of it going through a bumpy ride!

As for Overseas orders, we make sure the cake is secured and wrapped with protection before being shipped.
 

蛋糕可以送到醫院嗎？Do you deliver the cake to the hospital?

老太婆是全港送貨的，港九新界、住宅店舖寫字樓醫院都送。

Yes we do. Our team delivers Hong Kong wide, which includes Hopsitals.

我們提供代寄服務往其他國家，運費另計。歡迎致電查詢。

尿片蛋糕有沒有包裝？How do you pack the cake?

我們是以綁有漂亮蝴蝶結的透明蛋糕盒包裝尿片蛋糕。

We pack the cakes in a transparent cake box with a beautiful bow on top.
